연구 분야 소개

농식품 산업 마케팅 및 브랜딩 전략 농식품이 갖고 있는 가치가 농식품 산업 내 생산-가공-유통 소비 과정에서 잘 흘러갈 수 있도록 마케팅 및 브랜딩 전략을 수립한다.

농식품 소비자 분석 설문조사, 인터뷰, 2차 자료 등 다양한 데이터를 기반으로 농식품 소비자 행동을 분석한다.
